My Creative Time "Throwback Thursday" Challenge #8

My Creative Time posted a Birthday "Throwback Thursday" challenge today! I don't have "Celebrations" so I decided to use "Potpourri Basket," a great oldie! I used the shadow feature on the balloons and decided to play with textures. My husband helped me with the layout! I love damask, leopard, & polka dots together! Enjoy!
