Happy New Year! December was quite the busy month but I'm back with inspiration from the Holidays! My friend requested fun "postcard style" Thank You cards with her initials. I paired jewel-toned colors with fun whimsical patterns! On the back, I added monogramed seals with a faux postage stamp, to give it the perfect touch! Here are the two styles!

Who collects Babushka dolls?! I absolutely love fun, whimsical themed nesting dolls! I can't take all the credit for this card! Originally, I made two different dolls. When I showed my husband, he told me I did it all wrong (really)?! Per his advice combined with my bling, it turned out perfect! It was sweet to see his creative side! Tea Ceremony

To the Sun and Back!

It feels so good to be back home! My husband and I took a road trip down south to Los Angeles and San Diego! We celebrated our dear friends wedding, enjoyed fun times with friends, indulged in delicious food, and made time for shopping at Hobby Lobby! Unfortunately, the sunny weather took its toll on me yesterday at Sea World in San Diego! Can you tell how sunburned I am?! I'll be out of commission for the next few days because my arms and hands got burned as well (sigh!)

My Pink Stamper Design Team Project: Guys!

This month's project was definitely a challenge, I needed my husband's input this time! It's all about Guys today! After running ideas back and forth, my husband said what I dreaded the most, "Don't make it cute." Two hours passed, yes, two hours and I finally came up with something masculine yet fun! I decided to make a Joy Fold card for the first time, it was so easy! I found just the right punny from "Biggie Punnies" for my Summer Fruities! I also realized that cute was my staple and guy cards should have minimal cuteness to them, right?! Plus, it was husband approved, lol!
